Why can't I remove incorrect claim for deduction on T1 (line 22215 or 48)?

Hi,

The software has incorrectly claimed this deduction for me. I have noticed some odd deductions in my partners forms too but haven't yet investigate.

I tried to remove this amount from line 22215 on my T1, and was automatically linked to the Schedule 8. Ok, that makes sense, but the Schedule 8 is now blank and I can not fill it in.  And, I can not get the line 22215 to update to $0 like it should be.

How do I fix this up? 

This is for InTuit Canada TurboTax Standard 2023 (not an option in the "choose the edition" below)
