Why can't I purchase the state version for Business 2016?

After completing my Federal taxes I tried to purchase the State version. It will not let me make the purchase, but instead sends me to help pages. After following all the suggestions (checking cookie, Lan and other settings etc.), I still cannot make the purchase. Need to file today before I get on an airplane to Europe tomorrow. Intuit support is not available on weekends. Unbelievable.

TurboTax support is open this weekend, 10/07 & 10/08 from 5am to 5pm Pacific time.
