May I ask are you receiving some kind of error message when trying to complete your e-file? Are you stuck somewhere within the program and can't move past a certain place?

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

I can't move past putting in my Drivers license/routing number info/AGI number.

Try this. 

 

1.  Sign out

2. Clear your browser

3.  Sign back in

4.  Click "File" in the left hand menu

5.  Go through the filing steps fresh  

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
