Why can't I file my 1040A today? It states that the efile date is today but the mail in/print date shows the 25th.

We apologize that the form for e-file is not available right now. It will be updated tonight. Please check back tomorrow 1/19/18 for the updated forms. 

Keep in mind, the IRS will not start accepting e-filed returns until January 29, 2018.
