Why can't I file for 34.99 like advertised? is it a first time filer deal?

$34.99 is the price for the Deluxe package, and based on the information that I can see, it says you are filing using the Premier package, which is currently $54.99. Also, if you choose to pay with the return, TurboTax charges an additional fee of $34.99 which you can bypass if you pay by credit card.
