Why can't I efile my Massachusetts return yet?

Everything seems to indicate that I should be able to e-file my MA returns by now, but it just shows "Return Status: Started" and there's no continue button.

All of the forms for your Massachusetts state return will be available Feb 2, 2018.

It would be best for you to come back tomorrow to file the state return then.
