Why can't I continue when I leave Part III-C on Form 1095-A blank or at 0.00?

I'm at the point where it asks for the info from Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement. I entered Part III-A, Monthly Enrollment Premiums. On my form Part III-B and Part III-C have zeros. TurboTax instructed me to go to HealthCare.gov to calculate the numbers for Part III-B, which I did. I entered those numbers. I did not receive any Part III-C amounts so left those boxes blank, but also tried putting in zeros. When I try to [Continue], TurboTax keeps telling me to enter amounts in Part III-C and will not allow me to proceed. Help!

If there are any boxes with zero, please leave those blank in TurboTax.   If you have entered a 0, please backspace over it and be sure there are no number, decimal points or characters in those fields.  If most of the lines across are the same, you can use the blue copy previous month button to enter it again.

If his is the CD/Download version for Windows and that does not resolve the message, this TurboTax FAQ has information about this message in Form 1095-A, a work around and a click-for-email-notification link, at the bottom.
