Why can't I access Get my payment IRS tool to add direct deposit information using the data from my 2019 return? The system locks me out every time. Thank you

try typing in your address EXACTLY as it appears on your tax return, 

birthdate must have a leading zero (e,g, April should be 04 and not 4) 

does that work?

Hi, 

I have made sure its exactly the same(copied and pasted from tax return), as well as using their calendar tool to put in my birthday. They only real explanation I can think is because I live abroad. Does the address have to be in all Caps?

@mbeach31 -  I have seen elsewhere that the tool doesn't do well with foreign addresses
