Why can I not mail my AR return?

I would like to mail my AR return and e file Federal  and Idaho returns but Turbo Tax sends me back to where I started.  Please explain.

You will need to go back to the File section of TurboTax.

Then, select e-file for the Federal and Idaho, and select do not e-file now for Arkansas.

Alternatively, I recommend just e-filing the Federal, waiting for it to be accepted, and then e-filing Idaho and mailing Arkansas,
