Why can I not get past the "Your Refund Info" step 2 stage at the end to file my federal and state?

I have already selected my preferences for deposits of federal and state refunds (four times) but the system won't go to step 3 for me to actually file my return.

Why can I not get past the "Your Refund Info" step 2 stage at the end to file my federal and state?

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
