Because you were offered a screed with something akin to "start my state return now" and you clicked that button, when you didn't need to. I don't particularly like how Intuit "pushes" folks into that, as it leads to situations such as yours. If your CC has "in fact" be charged, then you'll have to call support on the telephone to get that charge reversed.
But wait. If that charge shows "pending" in your online credit card account, then it hasn't been charged. Depending on what you clicked, if it's not charged, then it will just "fall off" and go away after about 24-48 hours, and you're fine.
It's easy to check if you've paid for it yet. See if you can delete the state return.
If you do not have a business or rental real estate with assets in Florida, you can skip the Florida return in TurboTax. Florida does not levy a state individual income tax so there is nothing you need to file with the state.
