Why are there x2 fees?
The second $34.99 (Less TurboTax Fees) is the cost of using TurboTax Deluxe. The first $34.99 (Less Processor Refund Processing Fee) is the cost of the third-party processing required to deduct the fees from your refund.
If you use a credit or debit card to pay the TurboTax Deluxe fee, you won't owe the extra $34.99. However, it may be too late to avoid the extra fee.

Thanks. By not agreeing to the terms, it allows me to select the credit card payment method. I see now the disclaimer for the third party service.
