Why am I not getting a state refund this year?

No one can see your screen or your tax return so we do not know.   There are lots of possible reasons.   You may not have had enough state tax withheld from your paychecks to provide a refund.   Your state forms might not all be ready.    You might have entered something incorrectly from your W-2.....Check all of the data entered from boxes 16 and 17 if you entered any W-2's.
