After I finish all my forms it says i am not eligible for E File why?

What is the exact error message? It may give us a clue as to what is going on.

Also go through the REVIEW tab in the left menu column. Any message there?

By the way, do you happen to have a zero-income return? That's one thing that can trigger such a message.
