Form 8917, Tuition and Fees Deduction - Estimated available 02/05/2020

IRS site states this form is ready 1/24/20. Why is turbo tax not let me file stating form will be ready soon.

    TurboTax, just like all other tax preparation software providers, has to get the form approved by the IRS before it becomes available for filing using the software.
