Why am I not able to e file my taxes due to my W2 having $0 for box 1 due to it being tax exempt as i am a caregiver for someone in my household.

The error message states it is not eligible for e file due to having a $0 in box 1 on my w2.

Put $1 instead of $0 in box 1. This will not effect your return calculations and will allow you to e-file.
