Why am I being charged twice for the turbo tax fees

The 34.99 is being deducted from my return twice one says turbo tax federal and the other says option to pay with your refund.

When you choose to have your fee deducted from your return, TurboTax charges you an addition $34.99 as a processing fee. When you selected to have your fees deducted from your return, there was a box that popped up, informing you of the addition cost.
