Are bank interest and dividends my other California taxable income?

I came to California in 12/29/2015 and established residency.

1. I got dividends 1099-DIV mailed to my CA address.

I got these dividends in March while being a resident in MD.

2. I got interest 1099-INT mailed to my CA address and CA is listed as the state on 1099-INT.

I got interest paid monthly.

Are the interest and dividend considered taxable income for CA, MD or something else?

Whichever state you were living in when the income was earned/received gets to tax it. If any interest was credited to your account 12/29-31/2015 then that belongs to Calif. It doesn't matter what address is on the 1099s.
