Which versions of turbo tax contain free state? I purchased DeLuxe version and it charged me for state taxes. I thought you got one state tax free?

TurboTax Deluxe and above all contain one free state download. However, there is a fee to e-file your state return. To avoid the e-file fee, you would have needed to print the state return and mail it in.

The 'amend an accepted return' option does not appear on my version. Purchased and downloaded on Amazon. Will it appear eventually or am I missing something?
