Solved

which State return

I am retired and live in AZ but all the property and driver license and car are registered in NM.  Do I need to file in both states, AZ only or NM only?

If you don't live, work, or have income generated (like a rental property) in New Mexico, you don't need to file a New Mexico tax return.
