If you have e-filed the federal tax return and are paying the federal taxes owed by check, you only need to print and mail the Payment Voucher, Form 1040-V, with your check. Nothing else needs to be mailed.
You owe federal tax? If you e-filed you do not need to mail in the Form 1040SR. That was done electronically. When you send in a payment just use the 1040V voucher and mail it with your check. Write your SSN on the check. The 1040V has the address on it for you to use for mailing. I recommend using certified mail to send it so you will know it was received.
