Where to find T746?

Hello, my wife had an overcontribution in her personal RRSP in 2023 that she withdrew immediately and got some tax withheld. I understand i need to file T746 to

- get back the tax withheld by Questrade

-remove the withdrawn amount from total 2023 contribution

 

However, i cannot find it on TurboTax Online in the RRSP section.
