Where is the form in Turbo Tax for me to select estimated tax payments on 90, 100 or 110 percent of previous year's taxes for upcoming year?

Go to Other Tax Situations in the left panel. Under Other Tax Forms, select Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes.

Get out your calculator or slide rule to make those calculations yourself.

Divide by 4 for each voucher.
