Where is the file section

Are you trying to e-file? Or something else? There are 2 ''File'' tabs in Home & Biz, so depends on what you are trying to do....

Where is the file section

See the image below. There is the File menu in the upper left corner which is used for opening, saving, printing and removing state returns. And then there is the File tab which is used when you are ready to file and transmit your tax return as well as checking your e-file status.
