where is program

I thought I purchased the 2024 program when the offer came out but I don’t have the download yet. Is it possible I purchased an on-line edition rather than a download to my own computer? How do I check?

If you purchased one of the 2024 desktop editions to be installed on a personal computer, then you need to sign onto your download account to download the software to your computer.
