Where is my confirmation email?

I opted to pay for TurboTax services out of my return.  I received an email stating that I owed TurboTax money for processing my taxes and paid through the email.  I have not received confirmation of the payment from TurboTax or Intuit, but the payment shows up on my bank account statement.  Is this common?

That link tells me why I received the initial email.  I don't need that information, I'm past that point.  I need to know if TurboTax received my payment or if I'm going to be charged a second time.

Check your bank account or CC statement for the proof of payment.

As stated in my original question it shows up on my bank statement.  I need to know why I didn't get a confirmation email for the payment received and if this is common with TurboTax.  I don't want to be charged twice and have to fight to get my money back.

TT does not send a confirmation of payment email.

TT doesn't make the payment so they do not send confirmations emails ... they only pass the payment info to the taxing authority and it is up to the IRS/State to initiate the payment and they also do not send confirmations ... your only proof is the bank/CC statements.
