Today marks two months since I filed my taxes. I got an email on February 2, 2020 stating my card was at my local post office and I should receive it within 2 days, I never got it. I had to call about 10 times before I could speak to a representative and I found out that my house numbers where taken off of the address, which was the same thing that happened last year so why they got removed I have no idea. I have been calling consistently waiting to speak to someone about where my card is, I was on hold for 6 hours the other day and eventually hung up because I am tired of not getting help. I just want answers so i can take care of my son because I am without a job right now because of the COVID-19 situation. Just help me

You can contact customer service. https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us The only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169.
Follow the steps below.
Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.
Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.
