Where is form 8915B?

This form, just like last year becomes more delayed here! What’s going on here TurboTax? I need this form to file!

    Form 8951B is being finalized and is expected them to be released soon.   

    This link TurboTax Forms Availability  has the forms currently available  in TurboTax it will be updated as the forms become available, so please keep checking there for further releases.

    But what is the reasoning for these delays? It’s ridiculous! This happened several times last year and thought about not using your service this year because of it!

      Is this a TurboTax issue or IRS issue?  I will stop using TurboTax if it is on them. This is ridiculous!
