Where is form 1072?

To file a Form 7202 in TurboTax program, here are the steps:

In TurboTax online,

  • Sign into your account, select Pick up where you left off
  • To the left, select Federal
  • Over the top, select Deductions & Credits
  • Scroll down to "Tax relief related to COVID-19"
  • Select either self-employed sick leave or family leave credit

As of today, this form is not e-filable.  We project that you will be able to efile on 03-12-2021.  Click this link if you want to be notified when it is e-filable:  7202

Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, if you are a self employed person including those who receive a 1099-MISC, and if you were not able to work or telework due to reasons related to the coronavirus, you are eligible for this Sick Leave and Family Leave credits.  You would need to file a Form 7202 to figure the amount to claim for the credits.

To see if you are eligible, click here: Who must file Form 7202

To learn more details about the credits, click here: Self Employed Credits

Your response to my inquiry said I could NOT e-file with a from 7072...  That is not true, I e-filed on Saturday, 3/6/21 with a form 7202 in my return.
