There really is no "interview" dedicated to entering the Form 3922.
If all that's happened is that you've received some stock from an ESPP and you haven't sold any of it then you don't need to enter the Form 3922 anywhere. But hang on to that Form as you'll need it when you do sell as it is important to the determination of basis for the sale.
If you've sold stock acquired via an ESPP then you report the sale using the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview. If you ask TurboTax to "Guide me step by step" and tell TurboTax that you sold stock acquired via an ESPP then that interview does ask for Form 3922 information.
