Where in Turbotax is Form 8829 Business Use of Home

I cannot find where to enter business use of home (8829). I've entered my schedule C expenses, but I am not finding the  "business use of home" prompt that I've seen referenced in another answer.   Searching 8829 in the search box includes no such "jump to form..." that other forms have.   I have 1099 income (not w-2).

what version of Turbotax? Perhaps your version does not support the form

If you are using TurboTax Online, go to your Schedule C section and click 'Add expenses for this work'.  Then, expand the Less Common expenses section and look for Home Office.  Be aware that there may be an option at the bottom of the page to move to additional pages of Less Common expenses.  You may need to scroll through those additional pages to find Home Office.

If you are using a CD/downloaded version of TurboTax, there should be a selection shown for Home Office Expense under the business expenses portion of the Schedule C input screens.

If you still cannot find it, please do share what version of TurboTax you are using so that someone can address that version specifically.

Thank you uor trying to answer my question.

When I enter "Schedule C" in the search box, there is no "jump to"

When I follow the online instructions and get myself to where I already entered Schedule C income and expenses, and then selected Uncommon Situations, there is no option for home office; there is no "next page".

I am using the online version of Turbo Tax, Premium.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open your return and click on Pick up where you left off.
2. In the left menu, click on Wages & Income.
3. In the list of Your income and expenses, click Edit/Add next to Self-employment income and expenses.
4. Under your business, click Edit at the bottom of the box.
5. Under Expenses, scroll down to Add expenses for this work.
6. Scroll down and click on Less Common.
7. Scroll down until you see the page navigation.
8. Work through the pages until you see Home office.
9. Check the box and click Continue.
10. In the list of Expenses, click Start to the right of Home Office.
11. Follow the interview to set up your home office and enter your expenses.

You enter the business use of home with what it supports. If you have rentals, look in Sch E. If you have a business, it is in Sch C and so on. What do you operate to have a home office and we can guide you. If sch C, Where do I enter the home office deduction for my business?
