Please follow these steps:
- Open your return and click on Pick up where you left off.
- In the left menu, click on Wages & Income.
- In the list of Your income and expenses, click Edit/Add next to Self-employment income and expenses.
- Under your business, click Edit at the bottom of the box.
- Under Expenses, scroll down to Add expenses for this work.
- Scroll down and click on Less Common.
- Scroll down until you see the page navigation.
- Work through the pages until you see Home office.
- Check the box and click Continue.
- In the list of Expenses, click Start to the right of Home Office.
- Follow the interview to set up your home office and enter your expenses.
