Where does Turbotax have a list of the most current updates (by yr) that can be downloaded. I want to download updates to thumb drive and verify the updates are the newest ones

How do you get downloadable updates that you can load on a thumb drive and transfer to your tax computer?  Also, where is a directory that lists most current update versions so we can verify that the downloaded update is the newest one?  Really just need a page containing a list of the most current updates for each year (2022-2019).

You cannot.  When you open Turbotax it will  check for updates and directly install them  into the software if you allow it to do so.  They cannot be downloaded separately.
