Where does box 12a on w2 go?

The “a” is just part of the box 12 label.  Ignore the a, b, c, & d.  Just put it in box 12.

You will enter the information from 12-a in the same area that you will enter the rest of your W-2 information. I have provided a screenshot of where you will it, if there are any codes or amounts in 12-b, 12-c, or 12-d then you will select add another row and enter the information there.
