where do I upload my 1095-A form?

You do not "upload" a 1095A. You key it in by hand.

To enter your 1095A go to Federal>Deductions and Credits> Medical>Affordable Care Act (Form 1095A)

You can't upload form 1095-A into TurboTax. You can enter it from the paper copy received from the Marketplace.

In TurboTax Online, open your return
Click on Search (magnifying glass icon) at the top right of your screen
In the Search box, enter form 1095-A and click on the magnifying glass icon
In the search result box, click on Jump to form 1095-A
TurboTax will take you directly to the section where you can start entering your form 1095-A.
