Where do I upload form 56

I am guardian for an elder dependent. Where exactly do I upload IRS form 56.

 It is not part of the tax return. It is filed separately. The form 56 is filed at the tax center where the person for whom you are acting is required to file. Here are the  Instructions for Form 56, Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship with when and where to file on the first page.
