If you're filing Form 8379 by itself after you filed your original joint return on paper and included a payment with your original return, mail to:

However, if you're

1. Filing Form 8379 by itself after you filed your original joint return on paper and didn't include a payment with your original return, or
2. Filing Form 8379 by itself after you filed your original joint return electronically, or
