You can search for the name of the issuer who issued you the 1099-R. If the name is not on the list, then it means you will have to enter the information manually. On the page where you see all the financial companies, on the bottom, there will be an option for "Change how I enter my form". Click on it . Then on the next page, click on "Type it in myself". Then you can enter the information from your form manually.
