Where do I import/upload the TXF file?

We used to be able to upload the *.csv file but they discontinued it this year, why? Now it's even more complicated. I spent nearly 3 hours trying to upload my cryptocurrenty files and nothing seems to work properly. It just shows my income as $350,000 even though I lost money. I think so then it makes me have to upgrade to Full Service, lol.

Importing crypto using CSV is not supported now. This year only TurboTax Online supports PDF imports and only TurboTax Desktop supports importing .txf files.

Follow these steps to import a .txf in TurboTax Desktop.
