You can get your SSA-1099 form online by signing into your My Social Security account at ssa.gov. You can view, print, or save your Form SSA-1099. The Social Security Administration mails these forms out every January. If you did not receive it or you can't find it, you can  request a replacement by calling the SSA or visiting a local office.

To get a replacement SSA-1099 form, you can call the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.  It takes about ten days to get it.

Or do you need to know how to enter it in Turbo Tax?

Enter a SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM or RRB-1099 under

Federal Taxes (Personal for Home&Business)

Wages and Income

Then scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security

Then the second line - Social Security (SSA-1099. RRB-1099) - click the Start or Revisit button

Then keep going, on the next screen be sure to answer Did you live in a Foreign Country? NO. If you are married you need to say No for each spouse.
