Please see a pdf of Form 1095-A in this LINK. Box 2 should have your policy number. If it was filled out incorrectly, you may need a revised copy. You could also try to contact the Marketplace directly.

there may be no error.  some insurance companies will use your SSN as the policy number.  however, to be safe contact the marketplace.
