Unfortunately that was not the case. I printed them twice before posting the question as that is what the instructions stated but it simply was not included (only printed my tax forms no instruction sheet) 1st page that prints in form 1040

It did not print when you choose the mail it myself options which is the whole point. I had to google it but even then found 2 different addresses for the state of Georgia.

I used the "free" version of turbo tax online.

You can find the IRS mailing address on the last page of the instructions to Form 1040. It will vary depending on which state you live in and if you have a refund for not. Here is what is applicable to Georgia:
