VA Disability income is not reported on a tax return.

Enter your VA disability income on the 'Tax and Interest Deduction Worksheet' (line 1.a.4.), which you can find either by clicking on Schedule A, line 5.b. then selecting 'go to supporting form' or from the menu 'Forms'/'Show list of forms'.  While your VA disability income is not taxable, receiving it provides you with additional 'available income' which may provide you a greater sales tax deduction if you itemize.
