Please follow the steps to enter your 1040-ES (and state and local) estimated payments made:

1. Federal Taxes
2. Deductions & Credits
3. Scroll down to Estimates and Other taxes Paid
4. Select Estimates 

Note: TurboTax will automatically transfer state and local payments to their respective returns.
