Where do i enter the 1095-B and 1095-C form info?

getting an error when choosing "What if I have a 1095-B or 1095-C" with no other place to enter the info from those forms

You don't need to enter the Form 1095-B and Form 1095-C.  Those are for your records.  However, you will still  need to go through the healthcare interview for TurboTax to ask you some questions about your health coverage.
