Where do I enter other state payments?

I made estimated payments and had a carry over from last year. I need to adjust the amount I owe.

Level 15

In the Search box type "estimated tax payments" (without the quotes). Then click the link that says "Jump to estimated tax payments." That will take you to the screen "Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid." Under "Estimated Tax Payments" click the Start or Update button for "State estimated taxes for 2021." After you enter the estimated tax payments, scroll down to the section "2020 Refund Applied to 2021" and click the Start or Update button for "2020 refund applied to 2021 state taxes."

(When you say "carry over from last year," I assume you mean that you applied part or all of your 2020 state refund to 2021.)
