Where do i enter my license code?

cd did not work.  I logged into the website and now I don't know where to enter my license code.

This comes up just before you e-file, for authentication purposes. They ask for your DL #, and dates of expiration and issue.

Oops! I gave a wrong answer! I think you are trying to install the CD on your computer. The licensee code will be asked for after you have installed the software and when you start up the tax software for the first time.

If the cd did not work, you will need to return it to your place of purchase. The license code is not used online.
