an FSA other than a dependent care FSA (reported in box 10) of W-2 is not reportable.

A medical FSA is not reported anywhere.  Don't report the reimbursement, and don't list items covered by a Medical FSA as deductible medical expenses.

A dependent care FSA would be reported on your W-2 in box 10, and then you will be triggered to enter the interview for dependent care expenses.
