Click on Intuit Account at the bottom left of the online program screen.
Click on Sign In & security
Click on Email address
Are you still having this issue, or did you figure out a resolution? It is happening to me exactly the same way.
This is NOT working. I have tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari), changed my email address and verified it with both different addresses. Signed out, cleared history/cookies/cache. Nothing is working.
