Where do I enter my 1099-MISC?

What kind of income?  Why did you receive the 1099-MISC?

Depends on the types of income being reported from your Form 1099 MISC, you  mostly will need to upgrade to a different version of the TurboTax program.  T o enter your Form 1099-MISC in TurboTax free edition, here are the steps:

1.  Sign into your account and select Take me to my return 

2.  At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in 1099 misc and Enter 

3.  Select Jump to 1099misc 

4.  On the screen Let's get the info from your 1099-MISC, enter your information

5.  Follow the prompts and let the program take you to upgrade to complete your filing.
